Desk
Desk keeps my agents' work in a Git repository: every track, task, decision, and lesson. I can open any harness on any of my machines, ask "where were we?", and the agent knows.
Every job starts with one conversation and a go, and ends with evidence you accept or send back, the way How I work lays it out. The full design is in Desk's design doc.

Setup also installs Superpowers, Jesse Vincent's skill set for coding agents. Desk asks once whether you'd like to send your sessions' timings to the public factory. It sends timings and sizes, and never transcript text, prompts, file contents, or names.

- Desk's own browser starts signed out, and on macOS it can steal focus.
- We haven't yet tested a first install on a brand-new Mac account.
- Turning reported problems into fixes is built, and it hasn't been proven on real work yet.

Crew: one repository for a whole team
Desk is one person's workspace. Crew turns one repository into a shared workspace for several people and their agents. Everyone reads all of it, and each person's agents write only in that person's own desk, so work from many hands merges cleanly.
Facts, one person's view, and what the team actually decided each have their own place. Ask an agent what a teammate thinks, or what was agreed, and it answers from the right place and says whose view it is.
Crew is a separate plugin, crew@ourostack, from the same marketplace as Desk. See the Crew guide.
Hosted Desk on claude.ai
Not open yetHosted Desk lets claude.ai use Desk as a remote connector, so a chat in the browser can pick up the same work. Sign-in is by invitation for now. Tools that need a shell or a coding harness stay with your local agent.
